Nikki Haley wins DC primary, first victory for campaign

Nikki Haley won her first presidential primary on Sunday, defeating Donald Trump in Washington D.C. Haley carried approximately 63% of the vote. It is worth noting that the electorate in D.C., where Republicans make up just 5 percent of registered voters, is hardly similar to the Republican voter base found in most other locations around the country.
