United States Representative Bill Johnson is set to resign from the House of Representatives to begin a new job as president of Youngstown State University. Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has officially set a special election to determine a candidate who will serve out the remainder of Johnsons’ term with the primary taking place on March 19th and the general election on June 11th.
