Reigning NFL MVP Patrick Mahomes Honored for Voting Machine Support
Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and 2019 NFL Most Valuable Player Patrick Mahomes II was honored by the NFL Players’ Association for his efforts in ensuring that Arrowhead Stadium could serve as a polling place in the 2020 election and beyond. Mahomes helped pay the six-figure cost of 25 new voting machines and 30 poll workers that will allow the stadium to be a polling place for the next 10 years.
