Lawsuit challenges Alaska’s new ranked-choice voting ballot measure

The Alaskan Independence Party, it’s chairman, and two Anchorage residents are filing a lawsuit against the state of Alaska to stop the implementation of ranked choice voting, which passed with 50.6% support on election day.
