Democrats urge voters to hand-deliver ballots to beat court deadline

After the Supreme Court sided with Wisconsin Republicans in refusing to count additional ballots received after election day, Democratic organizers are encouraging voters to use drop boxes or hand deliver their ballots rather than trust in the U.S. postal service.
