LeBron James Voting Rights Group Partners With NBA To Fight GOP-Backed Voter Restrictions
More Than A Vote, the voting rights organizations launched by LeBron James, announced that it is partnering with the NBA and the Georgia NAACP to draw attention to recent efforts to roll back voting access in Georgia. More Than A Vote and the NBA plan to use the NBA All-Star game, played on March 7th in Atlanta, to give viewers the tools to shine a light on the issue, encourage greater civic engagement and participation, and give viewers the tools to “fight back.”
