Georgia Senate runoff spurs election probe of groups trying to register out-of-state voters

On November 30th, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced that his office is investigating three organizations—America Votes, Vote Forward, and the New Georgia Project—to determine whether they have been illegally registering people from other states to vote in Georgia’s January 5th Senate run-off elections.
