On December 1st, Gabriel Sterling (one of Georgia’s top election officials) criticized President Trump and Georgia’s two U.S. Senators for their failure to condemn violent rhetoric and threats aimed at Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. The Trump campaign and Georgia’s two U.S. Senators each issued statements in response to Sterling’s criticism condemning threats of violence, but they also doubled-down on their criticism of top Georgia officials.
