Pennsylvania voting access suit could have national repercussions

A NAACP lawsuit is seeking to require Pennsylvania to make changes to its election administration to ensure that all voters, especially voters of color, have equal access to the ballot for the general election. These changes include switching from touchscreens to hand-marked paper ballots for in-person voting, mailing every voter a mail-in ballot request form, and having enough polling places so that no voter has to wait more than 30 minutes to vote.
