Judge dismisses Trump campaign challenge to Nevada mail-in voting law

A federal district court judge dismissed a lawsuit brought by the Trump campaign against a recently passed Nevada law. The law requires all active voters to receive a mail-in ballot during the COVID-19 pandemic, whether they requested one or not. The judge ruled that the campaign did not have standing in the case and that it’s argument that the law would lead to widespread voter fraud was “too speculative.”
